2. 微软 Surface 和 Windows 11 AI 特别活动

根据Windows Central消息，微软即将在发布会上公布的内容有：

Windows 11 24H2：此版本将首先在 6 月推出的基于高通骁龙 X 的新 PC 上发布，并将在秋季向其他所有人推出。今年 Windows 11 更新的重点在于下一代 AI 体验，其中一些功能预计需要约 40-45 TOPS 的神经处理单元（NPU）。
- AI Explorer：回忆，这个功能利用下一代 NPU 硬件，允许 Windows 在后台运行 AI 并记住你所做的一切，允许用户使用自然语言来查找他们随着时间的推移在屏幕上看到的任何内容，允许用户根据屏幕上的内容提供建议。
- 高级 Windows 演播室效果：这些效果将实时应用滤镜以改善照明或允许用户以几种不同的艺术风格展示镜头前的用户。
- 增强的实时字幕：自动翻译字幕（国内手机遥遥领先的好嘛）。
- 本地化运行的Copilot in Windows：从今年晚些时候开始，Copilot将获得一些本地生成式AI功能，包括可以在设备上处理的图像和文本生成，从而减少Copilot在具有专用NPU的PC上对云的依赖。
Surface：
- Surface Laptop：X Elite。新的 Surface Laptop with Arm 将提供 13.8 英寸和 15 英寸显示屏尺寸，两者具备更窄的边框和圆角显示屏。新的设备带有更大尺寸的压感触控板（类似于 Surface Laptop Studio 2 上的触控板），接口将升级为一个 USB-A、两个 USB-C 和 Surface Connect。
- Surface Pro：X Plus。与 Surface Pro 10 商用版区别不大。Microsoft 计划首次以OLED显示屏配置提供Surface Pro with Arm，与新款iPad Pro对位竞争。该设备将具有抗反射涂层，类似于商用 Surface Pro 10。此外还将有一个 LCD 选项。
- Surface Go 4：Intel N200处理器版本，和商用版一样。

Windows 11 24H2是不是会默认开启Hotpatch，目前发布会没说。感觉没有，如果有微软绝对会吹Copilot+ PC有无感更新。
曾经的一些零散功能，比如AI景深壁纸、桌面贴纸等功能是不是还有后续
微软如何处理Windows Server 2025和Windows 11 LTSC 2024。
看起来Copilot不再成为任务栏固定按钮的一部分，而是一个普通的App的位置（根据发布会现场演示设备截图）

但是问题是……微软在YouTube上发布的视频，和发布会上的视频，Copilot按钮都是在中间的。

现在我们已经知道了，微软宣布Copilot成为独立应用，Copilot不再成为任务栏固定按钮的一部分，而是一个普通的App的位置。但是如果你以为是Windows CoPilot MSIX Pack/Windows Copilot Frame MSIX Pack，那就天真了。实际上，26100.712中新的Copilot已经变成了PWA。

我以上说这么多，就是想表明一个事情。Windows Copilot已经实质性被砍了。这件事情是从预览版中撤销去年9月引入的新体验开始的：

Over the last few months, we’ve been trying out different experiences for Copilot in Windows (Preview) with Windows Insiders across the Canary, Dev, and Beta Channels. Some of these experiences include the ability for Copilot in Windows to act like a normal application window and the taskbar icon animating to indicate that Copilot can help when you copy text or images. We have decided to pause the rollouts of these experiences to further refine them based on user feedback. Copilot in Windows will continue to work as expected while we continue to evolve new ideas with Windows Insiders.

接下来，微软决定降低Copilot在Windows中的显眼程度，也就是从右下角移动到中间。

如果你不相信Windows Copilot被砍，那么可以试试之前提到过的技能[1][2]，这些技能全部废了。

Copilot变傻的速度比Cortana快了5倍，遥遥领先！

有意思的是，微软中国拿到了之前的某个版本的Surface产品视频，让这件事的变化过程明晰起来。但是他们现在搞这些的变化之频繁，我实在不敢想象当时在键盘上加上Copilot按钮的操作是多么随意、以后Recall或者其它什么是不是会被突然间砍掉……
微软这帮营销鬼才，能够把Windows Copilot被砍的这件事掩盖的这么隐蔽。

营销团队用"updated Microsoft Copilot"、"reimagining what can do on Windows"、"easier than ever to call on"、"simplifying the experience"把这件事掩盖过去了

所以，直到今天，我们也不清楚当时Panos Panay到底为Windows Copilot规划了什么……

hotpatch要在编译时就指定，实际使用时还会增大内存占用，范围过广就不划算了

我看过17784/26xxx的，都是仅内核安全更新

确实范围要大些，但是仍很有限，即使同版本的完整累积更新也是仅安全更新，更新的文件还是比热补丁要多。
