首先，由于是记叙已经发生的事情，相关部分最好使用过去式，尤其不应出现将来时will。

这里不应有on，there并不是一个特定的地方，本身就是副词了
要特指一下是哪个组，of the/our/my group
这里你要说的是种树的行为动作，而不是planted trees，即种好了的树。所以应该用表示动作的to plant trees，连起来就是 was to plant trees
holes that dug by other classmates
从句如果你觉得难，可以先写出原本的句子再去合并。比如这里你要说的是由其它同学挖掘的洞，那么原句可以是Holes were dug by other classmates，那么从句应该是holes that were dug by other classmates.；如果原句是other classmates dug holes，那么从句可以是holes that other classmates dug。
不知道为什么你用了that，是想说”那些“？直接用the trees就行了

这里如果想表达变大可以用the green area became larger或者the green area increased
soild will covered by the forest at future
泥土是soil，solid是固体的，不是一个词儿。泥土被森林覆盖，应该用will be covered表示被动。未来future应该用in作为介词，in the future，毕竟未来不是一个时间点而是一大段时间
