I think flashing ta1148 firmware worked at some point for my ta1155, but I can't guarantee you that because I researched about these 4 years ago and there's a great chance that I misremembered anything, and from my perspective you generally won't want to flash firmwares with unmatched codes even though they seem to share the same hardware platform - they may have different modem and baseband configurations and mixing them up can cause really bad problems.
So my suggestions is checking firmwares that match your code first. I just discovered that HMD had shut down that firmware download page, but there's a great chance that internet archive has its archive at some point, so you can search for the link, https://offlineota.hmdglobal.com/Nokia 220 4G, or the files directly, which should be something similar to TA-1155_16.00.17.01_UIS8910FF_DS_MP_MD_23QUE55SG00_singed.pac. You can also search them elsewhere, you never know if someone else happened to have stored that on random places on the internet (if you want, try using AI to help you gather information, they are good at searching vast information). If none of them helped, I will later upload my ta1155 firmware to somewhere else so that you can have it.
If you make any progress, update in this post, as it may help other people coming to this post in the future
